Capital Radio (Hansard, 17 November 1987)
HC Deb 17 November 1987 vol 122 c470W
Mr. Bowis

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what action he is taking to stop the interference by a Greek pirate radio station affecting Capital Radio's signal to large areas of London.

Mr. Maude

My Department's radio investigation service has already seized an unmanned radio transmitter operating on a frequency of 95.5MHz and broadcasting in the Greek language. As the station appears to have returned to the air, investigations are continuing.
